1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).

2. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Defective/Damaged: The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.

  • Incorrect Item: The product delivered is different from what you ordered (wrong model, color, or specification).

  • Incomplete: The package is missing essential parts or accessories.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products showing signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or electrical burns caused by improper installation or power surges.

  • Items with missing serial numbers or tampered security seals.

  • Software or digital products that have been activated.

4. The Return Process

  2. Verification: Our technical team will inspect the product once it reaches our service center (Barishal or Dhaka).

  3. Resolution: If the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

5. Refund Policy
  • Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).

  • Timeline: Once the return is approved, it may take 5 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Warranty Claims

For issues occurring after the 7-day return window, please refer to the Manufacturer Warranty provided with your product (e.g., Meari’s official warranty). We can assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer for repairs or replacements.
